Soil ph

You cannot ph soil as it's a living medium that changes with waterings, ferts, etc each moment.
You can strive to input the best parameters and let nature do it's thing like it was supposed to.

Thats organic aint it? You should be ok i run bio bizz all mix on top bit of seedcompost or it be too hot for seedlings and there veg and bloom feed in all honesty i dont ph nothing unless i have a problem and as dan says soil aint so easy to test accurate and its self correcting unless you have major issues with organics

If your a new grower, follow the easy path first and gain knowledge as you go.
The easy path is a good soil mix from the get go, something like coco/peat/compost or ewc
And only giving normal ph tap water.
Really, that's all there is to it.
After sometime, you eyeball your plants and see if you need to supplement any further.
If you don't have ec meter and reading plants can be hard at times, you apply ewc on top and continue giving normal water.
99% if you follow that basic easy path you will have success.

But there's so much ways to skin a cat, do more research, and apply it and learn whats best for you.
