Soil on budget? I don't live in usa

Hello guys, I really need help, I want to start growing, but I can't get all the nutrients I need here where I live, so... Can I make good base soil out of: Soil, Ewc, Peat moss, and perlite? thanks in advance

try betterorganix,com,,i get all my stuff from them,all organic also,,check out site they probally near you,,im in states and get all my stuff within 3 days

There are, but All I can find to make a soil mix is ewc, perlite and moss peat, and I can't afford the shipping, since soil is heavy and the shipping would be expensive af
