Soil Mold?

so my soil gets like this blue spider web looking stuff on it i wondering if its mold/pest problems... and how to fix it will post pics tomorrow of it

On the top of your soil after you water? Probably mold..get rid of it asap. Can lead to fungus gnats and/or PM. I usually just cover the top of the soil in perlite and it works well

i have a load of perlite thanks man and so just get new soil mix in some perlite and im good to go ?

alright ive just crumbled up the moldyness last night and today it was gone i put perlite on the soil and watered again thes are the girls as of today
