i changed soils becuase of this problem..i am now using happy frog with about 25 to 30%perlite and it is still retaining what seems to be alot of water..i watered about 4 or 5 days which was my first water after the transplant and my moisture meter is still reading WET..i know the plants like a slighty more dry climate so im in the blue..im not sure what to do..right now until i can get my hps set up and running and move some shit around is there anything i can do..im using 6 FL 40w..its about 70-77 degrees with 20-30 humidity..and mylar on the walls thanks for any input

first of all are the plants stressing?
of not why are you?
as they grow they will use more and more water. i am watering every single day now

Are you planting the moisture meter on the very bottom or near the top? The closer it gets to the bottom, the more wet its gonna read on the meter. Be sure to stick the moisture meter about 3 inches down and monitor how dry it is. If its getting a bit dry, supplement the plants with some water. Marijuana plants can go for days without water, just don't neglect them for too long.

if its one of those "tri meters", they suck anyway..Actually I have heard all of those moisture meters are unreliable.. I wouldnt depend on a meter.. Do you have drainage holes in the bottom of your container?
