There is no "perfect" soil mix. A good mix should include organic soil, perlite, and vermiculite.
Something like 2 parts soil, 1 part perlite, 1 part vermiculite would do nice.

yeah that mix is great. i tend to add guano and low N for that matter. if you have trouble with your ph add a pinch of blood meal or dolomite powder lime. After i mix a soil I soak it with ph'd water for 24 hrs, then take another ph reading and then its go time!! good luck
