My seeds sprouted 12 days ago in my Bio Bizz Light Mix soil which I had pre-soaked in distilled water before they went in.
I have a make-shift grow tent at the moment which I had covered over with no air circulation going in, the soil has developed a layer of white furr scattered on the surface and also I can see some through the drainage holes at the bottom of the pots.
I have opened up the make shift grow tent to allow the plants to get fresh air and not too hot (currently sitting around 75'F) and with some luck this furr hasn't developed further. I will be picking up my grow tent this week with intake / exhaust fans so hopefully my plants will love their new environment!
I have included some pics of this furr - the Bio Bizz Light Mix soil has white nuggets in naturally so is quite hard to distinguish between them and the white furr in the pics but hopefully someone will know what this is and be able to help me sort this out?
