soil getting expensive

so ive made my switch from fox farm soil to root organics and its seems to be a good switch..need to start using nutes earlier and more of them in this soil for some reason but nothing to complain about..

my questions is for you soil growers..i want to make my soil go a bit futher..a guy i talked to said something about a super soil..he told me to google it i found nothing..any suggestion on adding other things to my soil to make it go futher and be able to pot more plants with one bag..beside perlite..thanks

Are you doing a pure organic grow?

I had this problem until i found coast of maine products they have lots of composts and premium potting soil all organic. I use 1 cubic ft bag of lobster seaweed aspen bark and blueberry compost with 20 % pertilite. I grew 2 pasion 1's 1 in ff and one in this and i barley had to give and nutes to the coast of maine stuff for 7 bucks a bag its pretty awesome compared to 25-30

coco coir, (you can recycle your perlite by dumping your soil in a bucket of water and skimming it off BTW)
