Gosh it's impossible to answer this question without more information. How old are your plants? What size pots are they in? What size and kind of lights are you using? What ventilation or fans are you using? Size of grow area?im not entirely sure how long my soil should dry, but im sure it shouldnt stay wet for about a week. i know it drains well and my plant is still showing signs of growth but it seems to take a long time for the soil to dry is there anything wrong?
my plant is about a month old, 5" pot. using the sun as my light source so my window sill is the area its growing in really.Gosh it's impossible to answer this question without more information. Sounds to me like you need to pot that plant up into a larger pot if it's 4 weeks old - a 5 inch pot is likely to be too small. Try a 7 or 8 inch pot and as others have suggested add 10/20% perlite and/or vermiculite to the soil mix.my plant is about a month old, 5" pot. using the sun as my light source so my window sill is the area its growing in really.
