Man I am not good at watering.
Transplanted the purple sponge. Larger pot.
It didn't like the damp/wet new soil. Got more clawing. (Multiple facepalms)

I did figure out that it was a little rootbound In the small pot. Hopefully after she dries out a bit she will be able to spread her roots more.

I am definitely learning a lot from this first grow. A kind of expensive, slow, repetitive lesson. Lol.
I'll figure it out soon enough.
Every mistake I make, teaches me more.

Can't wait to fire up the utillian 722 again .

Thanks!!!

I may give that a shot.
Seems like the Mass Medical genetics don't like to be watered much. This could help.
its made it a lot easier for my newbie ass.Keeping soil the perfect moisture is what keeps it alive, in turn keeps the plants happy.

Some pics from this morning just after lights on.
The purple sponge is still recovering from a small overwatering/ transplant.
The top 25% is looking much happier than previous.20210406_065501.jpg20210406_065513.jpg
The chick magnet is very slowy popping up some small new leaves.
Gave here a few drops of water last night. Literally a few drops. Probably less than 1oz .to keep just a hint of moisture. 20210406_065516.jpg20210406_065517.jpg
The new pot is.....
Grape Pupil! (Star Pupil x Pu-Tang)

This will be the last seed I plant till next grow. Unless one passes away.
Hoping all 3 survive and thrive!!!!

I think I may filter and PH my tapwater.
Completely restarted my grow. Still using same soil/perlite mix. And same lighting schedule.

3 or 4 purple sponge.

Any help would be great.
Please be positive. I have cut way back on my watering. But some of them look over watered. The others look very thirsty.
I gave them all a watering today.

I would suggest starting your seedlings in a seed starter mix, rather than a rich potting soil.

Seedlings don't do well in rich soil.

Have you a link to that please.

No offense intended. Just a very strong opinion after my use of several skids worth. Massive instability and nute and PH issues. Was nice years ago. Designed to fail to force you to buy bottle line up. The potted decorative I save for friends all are in FFOF or FROG. Bareroot trans and healthy in a week or two. Sad. But for profit not one time sales stuff.
Ed Stone 420 recipe, check it out

Testing Zero Water filter.
Seeing if the filtered water helps the plants.
Still dechlorinating (water sits out for 1-2days before watering).

Did you amend the soil with anything? What are you planning to top dress with? That soil doesn’t look like it’s going to sustain those plants with just water. I imagine it would be tough to find a bag of soil you can grab that would get you to harvest with just plain water and not see any deficiencies or anything popping up.

I haven't amended the soil with anything.
There are soils that you can go start to finish, but I couldn't find any out here without ordering.

I may stop by my hydroponics store this afternoon to see if they can help me out. I'll ask about a top dress, etc.
