sog method

hey dudes, i currently have 5 masterkush and lemonskunk all fiemized and i have been reading a lot about the sog method and dont fully understand .

its my second time growing last time i grew 5 cali organe 1 powerplant and 3 mazar ,but i left them to long in the growth stage and they ended up being 4 foot tall and the lower buds where not even worth smoking they where loose and tiny.
so i put my plants into flowering when there all around 6inchs tall there a week in the stage already am i doing it right? how much will i get in yield? i have a metre squared grow tent with a 400w hps and all suitable a fans please help me out me confused

the info on that thread is all you need to know it tells you how to trim your plants for sog it does'nt matter if your growing in soil
