Fuck prop 19... CCHHI is way better and thats the actual legislation that Jack Herer was part of...not 19. Read some more about 19... I implore you. Don't get caught up in the sloganeering and grandstanding. It's all hype so a very small elite can control weed in CA... that's their ambition anyway. The bill speaks for itself, if you actually read it with a critical mind.
