I just transplanted from 3gal pots to 7gal. Thats big. If you water the day before the plant and medium will come out nicely.
To be confident about my transplant, i put on YouTube and watched a guy transplant a small tree size plant from a 30gal container to a 65gal. By himself. No problem. It was easy to do, but took a lot of energy. It was 6 feet tall and big around. If he can do that, i can go 3 to 7.
And so can you
Youtube will show you what you need to see to be confident.
Exactly!Yup. Got my transplant skills from the Mendo Dope boys. Their youtube is sickkkkk. They transplant from 5 gallons into 100 gallon pools and shit lol
I am only growing my second plant now so I understand your apprehension as I have gone through the same thoughts. I had my second plant in a smaller pot like you and ended up moving it to a 5 gallon fabric pot. It drooped a bit the next day and than exploded in growth. Do your research and understand the biggest hurtle you should face is your own apprehension. Here is a pic of the one I transplanted. I just moved my lights up as it is outgrowing my first plant and getting too close to light.I’ve been told to up my pot I’m just worried about transferring it as the plant is quite big don’t want to balls it up
That’s looks massive how old is she so if I get a 32 litre pot is that too big I don’t want it to grow out of control as I only have a 1 metre by 1 metre 2 metre high tentI am only growing my second plant now so I understand your apprehension as I have gone through the same thoughts. That pic is an Early Miss from Crop King Seeds. I germinated it in water March 16th so almost 9 weeks since I dropped the seed in water over night. The first plant I grew was a Northern Lights which I chopped 3 days ago. They were both auto's as I wanted to be able to have plants at different stages in same tent. I think a 32 litre pot would be overkill. I grew the Northern Lights in a 3 gallon/ 11 liter pot and the Early miss is in a 5 gallon/19 liter pot. The Early Miss is getting much bigger in the bigger pot but that could also be strain related. This is my first plant I chopped down a couple days ago in the 3 gallon fabric pot. It seems like a success to me but won't know for sure until I dry and cure it. I was just happy I managed to go from seed to harvest on my first try. That’s looks massive how old is she so if I get a 32 litre pot is that too big I don’t want it to grow out of control as I only have a 1 metre by 1 metre 2 metre high tent
This is a 5 gallon fabric pot for referenceI’m pretty sure my pot is bigger than 5 gallon no??
What do you mean I can rock the shit out of the light ?No I'd say 3-ish gallons. 5 gallons is like a paint bucket or a construction bucket. Not sure if they are trade gallons or what. But a 5 gallon pail will be about twice that soil and you can rock the shit out of that light. Go to the local Home Depot and buy a Homer bucket and you'll crush 448 grams. I'm sure of it.
Judging by the pics it looks like your pot is 3 gallon / 11 liter. This is a link to the 5 gallon pots I ordered and they work well. Unlike plastic pots the fabric pots breath.I reckon my pot must be atleast 20 litres no ? Should I just buy a bucket like this ? Haha
Wow that’s so expensive !! What about this one lolJudging by the pics it looks like your pot is 3 gallon / 11 liter. This is a link to the 5 gallon pots I ordered and they work well. Unlike plastic pots the fabric pots breath.
