Something like that would work good for you for now. They veg plants pretty good. Some can be daisy chained together. You can get some t8 fixtures for about $25 bucks, skylight tubes for about $14 6500k or better, throw in a power strip. I recommend some real organic potting soil.

I had one smaller (2lights) and I couldn't get it close enough too my plants they were 4 weeks along and barely compare too my 3 days those died when I switched the light tho
