this wont get you out of a DWI all police need nowadays is suspiscion to give you a DWI. in texas i know you can get one for being over the limit or not having full use of your mental and physical faculties, which the later is up to the discretion of the officer completely driving high still equals DWI even if its legal substances.
Sadly that's all it takes to be fired by some places. Just an arrest and your name in the paper for a dwi. It doesn't matter if you beat it in court, your employer can and will shit can you at their discretion over your name in the paper for a dwi.
