I flipped last week and phew, these things got big quick and they're just growing.

I'm going in today to continue cleaning out under the canopy, but what do you guys do with the canopy? Do I just leave it? I hear that I should clip fan leaves that block light to lower leaves, but... that's a lot of fan leaves. There's just so much here I'm overwhelmed. My gut just says to leave it alone and let it go because I don't want to stunt anything and I'll just pull off the obvious fan leaves that need to go off the top. I get why I'm doing scrog and all that, but I wasn't good about keeping it to one branch per hole, so it's wild in there. It really just served to spread things out a bit.

Pistils showed up yesterday. 3x3 tent, 300W, Megasonic by Elev8, four plants, coco, 5 gal pots.

Your plants are pre flower stretching...

I would benefit your plants to clean up that naughty jungle of love. Everything below and 2 inches above the PVC and grid gotta go. If a branch originating in that area has made it to the light leave its top and remove the leaves and growth from nodes down low.
Moving upwards defoliate 1/3ish lower nodes and leaves off of branches. If uncertain about this then start top down. Leave the top 3 or 4 fan leaves. Remove the lower ones. Then remove or cut on half any fan leaves that are touching. You will get better airflow and light penetration. After that you should more easily see whats gonna be larf in the lower 1/3 and remove those leaves and buds.
