and this is what my baby looks like now...

is she (hopefully) healthy?
The top part of what looks to be seperating has turned a pinkish colour, and if you look super close in the picture you might be able to see it as well.
Is that normal? What does the pink tingy colour mean?


This is my first time growing anything, let alone a dope plant, but as far as I can tell it looks healthy.

Any suggestons?

umm ya looks normal.. thats what they look like after they pop out of the ground. Dont touch/fuck with it. Let it be for a few days and it will be a tiny little plant in 2-3 days.

Trust me dude growing weed is a longgggggggg wait and pretty stressfull actually. Especially if you are as obsessed with you're plants as I am. I have some almost 3 foot strawberry cough's (4 of them) going along with some others and I check them 4-5 times a day.

My biggest suggestion is.. dont overthink anything. Just do it and move on with you're life. Because it's like watching grass grow dude... lol seriously.


ps: this is a big new-grower mistake. Seedlings up to about 2.5 -3 weeks old will only need water about 1 time a week. MAYBE 2. I start mine in 2 gallon pots then after a month or so I transplant to 4 or 5 gallons. So yea... also dont feed ANY nutes until its atleast 2 weeks old and when you do start with 1/4th strength.

pps: Start using molasses with your first nute feeding every other watering. MJ also LOVES to be misted during veg.. I usually do it early morning late afternoon. Just drench them with mist. :)

Yeah I totally know what you mean too.. I try not to think about it and just go about my daily life, but its like... FUCK... grow damnit..

oh well.

glad to see she is normal.. hopefully I'll have some pics for ya when she stands up!

And 1/10 seeds? If they were bag seed I'd understand.

And as far as reading, I read on this shit for 2 or 3 years and just started my first grow recently and still feel under prepared.

Cliffs: calm down, smoke weed, read more. seriously there is grow journals that detail day 1 to harvest if you look for them

Haha. I am laughing because it is soo true. I use to watch my plant like a hawk, and it felt like years before I saw anything really start growing. I think i still have another 2 months or so to go before I get to harvest my plant.
