so say a guy gets popped running a scrog with 12 plants, then under the exact same conditions except a guy has 100 clones in bloom another hundred in veg rooting. will that have an impact on his punishment? so even though the guy with the 12 plants would have more weight he will only have a few instead of hundreds.. seems like I read about my state and they went from 1-1000 was one class of cultivation and 1000+ was step higher one being 2 to life and then 25 to life over a thousand..

it will punish the guys who cant get big weights and come down lightly on the guys growing trees. the police need to learn more about growing i think.

less plants and a less complicated set-up will get you less punishment. hand watering is the best way to avoid real sentences, it looks very amateurish but works better in my opinion

I really want to try SoG, but stay away just because of the plant count. Perpetual trees sounds like the way to go.

In my state, which is decriminalized, they go by weight.
The thing is, if there are more than 6 plants, that becomes federal. Feds will go by plant count.

Where I used to live it is also decriminalized and they go by weight. When it comes to cultivation they weigh the whole plant wet, root ball and the dirt that stays in the root ball. Weight adds up real fast that way.

way i see if i get busted i cant grow here again anyway that will hurt me more than anything, so i have money kept with a trusted friend so i can rent another place and carry on growing lol

If they go federal, 100+ plants (first offense)is a MINIMUM 5 years in the slammer, up to 40.

As far as state goes it totally would depend on what state you are in and the laws they have. I know in Idaho any plant is a Felony but if you go over 25 or something than it begins to double the charges. Happy to no longer be there!

Probably the sore lungs from the gas, the shock marks from the taze, or bruises from their sticks should they smash their way in unannounced. I would defend my home in such circumstances.

If they knocked on the door I can see it all being rather painless if a little bit of a head fuck. I will certainly start growing again straight after being busted if I do ever get busted that's for certain - Jondamon is a fucking inspiration on that front. :-)

So I read some state laws and saw one that said 0-1000 is 2 to life over 1k is 25 to life. Does that sound correct? What about going federal, how does it go federal.
