So i got a 250 watt HPS running 120 volt 60HZ -2 what kinda timer do i need anyone?

Sorry, just dont understand what your asking here. If you have a 120v light and live in a country that uses 120v then, any store that sells timers will have 120v timers.

it has a 3 prong i just don't want my house to catch fire cuz there are warnings on the timers and such thanks though i suppose any 3 prong 120 volt will work ty happy growin

If your asking for personal preference then I would recommend any that are digital. I am not a big fan of the ones you have to push in the little 'buttons' like so:

yeah those are pretty whack ive never seen a digital one only on sprinklers :P thanks for the help though Uber i really appreciate it i hope you have a healthy grow for years to come!
