So i germenated 1 seed and put it in the soil with the root sticking up

how long should it take for the plant to get out of the dirt? i burried it about 10millimeters deep. i planted it in a cup about 8inch tall and 5inch wide and have it about 10inchs away from the bulb

Can take anywhere form 2-10 days, just be patient they will sprout eventually =)

dude im not being funny but seriously come on, read posts b4 you put a post asking a stupid question, how long is a piece of string? it depends on the seed normally 24/48 hours for it to sprout if not longer it just depends, this is my third post, i havent even had to start a thread use the search facility and u will find all you need to know, the guys on here know their stuff, posting pointless threads like this will not get u an answer read the forums use the search facility then if u are stuck make a new thread

dude 10 mm is a bit deep. Twice the depth of the length of the seed. And root DOWN bro....ROOT DOWN. sheesh! blessings.
