Oh dear. I'll have to agree, robert. The grass around the grass argues for someone else's stealth grow. lurker, i'd return it with an attached card saying Sorry. cn

Look at the green grass around the plant compared to the bit of Iraq around that. I certainly did not jump aboard the "ripper" bandwagon, but you've shown us pretty good evidence that it was not an abandoned plant, but actually a not very well-stealthed but still deliberate grow. If you truly don't give a shit, in your uncharming parlance, then I cannot commend your character. Please do the right thing. cn

Looks like sparse, random vegetation if you ask me.

the kid took the other kid's grow. notice he did not show us where the plant was planted in relation to what passer-bys could see.

Just to play devil's advocate here, the reason why that seed germinated and took off could be because that area happens to collect more water and foster better conditions. Just saying...

Apparently some of you missed the part where I said it was growing in clear view from countless vantage points in the lawn... Hardly a stealth grow op and it was only 1 plant. Had someone deliberately selected that property to grow on, they would have found a more suitable location like near the pond for instance. There was no water source at the house due to the foreclosure. Those of you who still believe I ripped that plant have very poor reasoning skills and wil never be convinced of the truth dispite any evidence that I submit

I provided the pics so there is no debate anymore... That plant was obviously was not deliberately planted by anyone.

It was his property... End of STORY! trespassing laws, etc... Even if it is someones plant they should not have been growing on an abandoned property.

I doubt it was someones weed because why would you grow on someone property, it doesnt make sense.

Unless the previous owners grew it but then they lost the house... so its fair game man. rip that shit!
