So how many people can utilize the grow advice they get?

The same ole same ole. Some hydro grower shows a pic and 20 people go through the alphabet with their guesses on what's lacking. Cal-Mag, Phosphorus, nitrogen, lions tigers and bears. Of course I know you can buy mineral salts and mix them up yourself but lets be honest, how many people do that (the four of you here who do that just keep silent). The rest of us pick our brand and adjust the ec, depending on the plant they are all going to be decent some might be a little more hungry for something than others but they are all going to make bud and if you got some ugly leafs at the end who cares?

If you're just starting.. that's the point of this site. I still learn new shit from here. If you cant accept advice, this isn't the place for you

As with anything on the interweb separating opinions from technically sound advice is difficult. I am a noob grower and I was fortunate enough to find a mentor that had the experience I lack to guide me in my new hobby. I'm a great believer in the KISS principle.

So what's the point of this thread? You disqualify folks who do nutrient adjustment. OK, so then what? You take a position that one uses a brand and stays with it thruout the cycle and if there is some suboptimal level of growth it's ok because you did get buds. OK. Now what?
Well I think 90% of the time it’s got nothing to do with the nutrients to be honest. Ph, ec and environment are the big factors. But I laugh when a poster gets recommendations on each of the major and macro nutrients 7 weeks into flower because some fans have spots

You really made a thread to bitch about people trying to help other growers? Lol.
I'm pointing something out, not bitching. There's a difference. Bitching there is some personal involvement. I don't really care because I get it, yellowing leafs at the end of grow, a few spots don't bother me. But I do feel bad for the wild goose chases that people sent newbies on. I mean don't get me wrong, it's funny as anything, watching them go down the list.
