this isnt about neurotic members, its about the mods' decision on how to handle the situation. my opinion on the matter is thus irrelevant as is yours.Well, if people choose to participate in 'flame wars', than thats their choice. You can still engage in civil debate around the trolls. Thats what some people like to do apparently, why not let them have their fun. If someone becomes insulting, feel free to press the report button.
If people feel they have to respond to trolls, even if it annoys them, well then they should probably stay out of the politics section. But to get rid of the whole section because of a few neurotic people doesn't make much sense to me.
i still think this is a good ideasomething else that could be done is open a debate section. that way people who wanna rattle off their jibberish and feel superior behind a computer desk for belittling someone else in the debate section and it could be an enter at your own risk type thing and a rule not to debate outside debate forums just like you dont post questions about growing in the chat room
lmao.......... dick... your turn.i think they should not only do that, but make it a contest. who ever out-insults
everyone else is declared 'winner' and receives a week's supply of prozak.
an argument based on pure fallacious presumption, attempting to pigeon-hole and discredit your opponent. how is this meaningful to anyone?
"man up"? really?
Don't encourage him.I think crackerjax is an asset to the forum. I especially love all his witty remarks.
