Snow Ryder at 7 weeks and no sign of buds! Is this normal?

Hi guys and gals.

I'm a complete newbie on my first grow of White Label Snow Ryder Fem Autos. Basic set up, in Canna Terra Pro, under 250w HPS on 18/6 for whole grow.

My 4 girls are now 7 weeks, much taller and bushier than I expected. Pretty certain all female, Lots of white hairs on stem and internodes but for the life of me I can't see any flowers/buds forming.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Any advice / info greatly appreciated

I experienced the same thing with Sagmarthas Ak48 After week 5 I even put them under 12/12 in hopes that maybe they werent autos and they would flower, and still nothing....
