Snapped off a branch before the first day of 12/12! May I go flowering stage?

After three weeks of constant stress while manifolding three plants, girls were ready to flowering stage. During I've prepared plants to 12/12 two days ago, I snapped off one of the branch wrongly.

Instantly wrapped with a tape and foliar sprayed with amino acid/kelp mix and kept 18/6 light schedule. After first night branch was good. Some leaves had risen up. I'm sure top leaves will also rise up.

So my question: may I go flower after all leaves look sturdy or should I wait 'till whole branch fully mended? I don't wanna wait two more weeks when I planned to flip lights 12/12 these days

Sure you can start flowering, the plant will mend intself regardless of light cycle. Also with more hours of darkness it will most likely heal faster.
Thanks man! Actually I was worried about possible herma due to hard stress.

I'd wait for the plant to recover before going 12/12

got pics?
Surely. But plant will rise up leaves in few days but will mend compeletely maybe in one month. If you say wait one month I can cut that branch.

I can add pics when will light on in tent.

Just my opinion....I prefer to have a healthy unstressed plant to go into flower, that way it' can put it's energy into flowering rather than having to divert some of that energy for healing. I've flowered enough stressed plants in my time.

But if you're in any kind of hurry, go for it.

I'd flower. Just make sure the branch is supported enough to hold the additional weight of the bud.

I have a patience to wait but other parts of the plant and other girls growing vigorously. There will be room and height issue if I wait more. Thanks man.

Don't worry about that, breaking a branch isn't the stress that causes hermaphrodite flowers. Branches break all the time outdoors. Just tape it up and carry on like normal. All good.
Thanks man. I will flip soon then.

Wouldn't it thicker than other parts of stem until the buds getting bigger? I mean I think there will be hard and powerful knuckle to support itself enough but surely for now I'm supporting it.
