snap!

hi there ,on my second grow now first ones are bud bud budding ,now my question is do i snap the stem ,well kind of bruise it ,i heard that it gives the plant a thc boost ,is this for real or just an urban myth?

No thc boost. Look up super cropping. The concept you are loosely describing, involves damaging the plant enough to elicit a healing response providing more nutrients and such to a damaged area. Super cropping will also spread her branches apart allowing for light penetration, air movement, and an increase of bud sites. It may make your buds bigger but I don't believe it would have all that great of an impact on potency.
