Well, my first grow was an unsuccessful one. So I decided to stop looking at the forums and post. This grow will consist of 9 plants for veg I'm using 12-26 watt daylight cfl's for a total of 21600 lumen's. For flower I plan on ordering a 400watt Hps. I'm growing in MG moisture control soil and I will be using superthrive and fish emulsion as fertilizer in due time. I will have pictures of the seedlings as soon as I find my camera:?. So please any questions and comments are welcome

so my cat ate one of my seedlings. I was also looking at htg supplies and was thinking of getting the 400 watt HPS system with a MH conversion bulb. I don't have a hell of a lot of room to work with and was wondering about ventilation the area is about 2ft wide by 4foot in length and 6ft in height. I dont have a whol lot of space for a vent system anyone no any other way to vent a hps or mh in such a small space

The babies are doing good on a regular watering cycle with superthrive. I have a question though is flat white spray paint Ok to use for a reflector I'm making. Is it just as reflective?. I will have pictures very shortly today. I have a mutant of a plant I don't know why I will take a few extra pic's of that one to show everyone. and once again questions and comments are welcomebongsmilie.

some new pic's. I have added a humidifier to bring up the humidity for a while it was sitting pretty low at about 40% it's sitting at aver 70% and temops at a constant 77c. I switched The light schedule down to 18-6. I have given them a shot of fish emulsion. superthrive is still being used at every watering..
Thats about all for now and please leave questions and comments. It almost seems like I'm talking to myself. :peace:

ok bad news I think. I left the lights up about 2 feet over the plants over night from 8pm-12am. The lights turn off at 12am until 6am. After I woke up and found that it was up I put it back down, It was under an hour that the lights were left up this morning. Just wondering how this will effect my babes? thanks in advance.

well today was interesting. I noticed if I keep my door shut in order to keep humidity up to 70% in my closet temp sits at around 89c. If I open the door a little it the temp sits at about 75c but the humidity drops down to about 50%. So which is worst for the plant to deal with low humidity or high temps? please reply!:joint:

Aren't those emergency blankets wonderful. I have a homemade closet and that is what I line it with.

Well today marks 23 days of veg growth. I picked up some more cfls for flowering which I will be starting within the next 2 weeks. I decided to go all cfl once again. For flowering I will be using 8 3000k 42 watt cfl's each with 2700 lumens. 4 6500k 23 watt cfls with 1800 lumens. along with two tube floro's for side light. :joint:. I have been pruning all dying/died leaves. I also have topped them about a week ago. I forgot to mention that earlier. I have not seen preflowers and some plants have minor nute burn thanks to mg soil. I have new pictures of the babies also I hope you all enjoy.
