smokable question

Ok so I was just curious on how long you can keep bud good. like bud you have harvest and is ready to smoke. how long can i keep that product around until it starts loosing its potancy. the situation is i live in florida where i can get good bud at a decent price. i travel to a different place 2 times a year where bud sells alot higher and always like to take some bud with me when i visit so i dont have to spend a ton on gettin some there and i also like to sell some while im there and would like to be able to take back a bunch at a time instead of just 3 plants worth. i would just grow more plants but dont have the room so i want to have like 3 or 4 harvests worth to take with me on my trip but dont kno if it looses its potency or gets weeker.

anyone know???

no one knows this. just a big unknown thing. i understand tho cuz once i get bud i usualy smoke it.

my answer is you can keep bud for a lot longer than you think, but it depens on how you store it

I know i guy who kept cured buds in jars for over a year and the bud was still good
vacuum sealing works well to to preserve buds, but definatly throw it in the freezer to keep it fresh if you have a lot

Yeah, freezing it is your best bet for long term storage. I have left weed in the freezer for at least a year without any noticeable degradation in potency.

I vaccuum pack it in bag using food sealing bags and off to the freezer. Good for at least a year.

I kept a 1/4 in a baggie...yes baggie for over two years and it was still potent. It was stuck in a hiding place and I forgot about it until I found it a good two years later.
