If I have 2 plants budding up, shouldnt I smell somthing? They dont smell!!!!

some are worse than others. are you doing anything to combat the smell?

most smell develops during curing.

What do you mean by budding up??? They are in the flowering stage producing buds? Or they are seedlings just sprouting?? If it's the latter your not going to smell anything.
