I have a flowering GIRL thanks to most of you on here for your help and support thoughout the grow i'll post pics of her soon!

But she has started to smell now...My cabinet is a dresser with a 400 watt HPS bulb about a foot or more above the top, plenty of ventilation to keep it at around 80-85 degrees with lights on, and then about 65-75 without. I was thinking about putting activated charcoal furnace filter over the opening of my exhaust...has anyone tried this?

I hope it works becasue its about hte same size dimensions wise as my exhaust and its active charcoal so what do you guys think?

You could do that, however it would need to be a large opening. A few good reasons carbon filters are wrapped into a cylinder are for better airflow, improved filtering, and efficient use of fans.
