Smell and heat? Please Help Me

Hi, I'm going to be growing lowryder #2 soon but before I do, I really need some help. My setup is a 250 watt HPS, Small Bud Bux(75 x 75 x 100 cm)

I am going to be growing 3 seeds and hopefully breed and get some more seeds.I was wondering though, how bad is the smell of lowryders? and how bad would the smell of 3 lows be? and the temps, I am thinking about purchasing a fan but I am not sure weather I would need a carbon filter too for the smell?

I have people coming in and out my house all the time(Most of them don't smoke weed) so security and a peace of mind would be great so that I'm not paranoid about smell. As I know a couple of them would grass me to the feds first time they got a chance and if they smelt weed, they wouldn't hesitate(One is my father law, who is a ex cop) so what should I do to try and stop smell 100%

I know that was a long post but all help would be appreciated for a noob like me.

Cheers

MJ

definitely go with the carbon filter and exhaust out of the room if you can.

hey mate, cheers for reply, I was wondering if I did get a carbon filter would it 100% get rid of smell, as I can not take no risk what so ever.

I was wondering when you say exhaust out of room, would that be out of the bud box with ducting? or the ducting to be hung out the window?

cheers

-I have a LR2 grow going on in a similar sized cabinet as you are talking about. As for temps you will need a good exhaust fan, I have a 180CFM inline as my exhaust and my temps range from 74-86F. The smell is really strong. My girls started to stink at 13 days from seed and now they are bad. I run a carbon filter and it works pretty well but when you open the bud box the smell will quickly spread around.

if you need to be completely odor free in your room and you can find a way to duct the exhaust completely out of the room that is the best way to go. you probably want to add incense or a strong smelling plant to the room also.

cheers for the responces much appreciated. Gimley I was wondering is the smell really bad when you just open the bud box or is it really bad to be able to smell from outside the room? desertrat I can't exhaust out the room :( as I think it would look a little suspicious ducting hanging out my upstairs room, i think he could spot it :(.

Alex, will that citrus blend really work? and also with carbon filter to be able to elimate any smell of skunk 100%, I can't take any risks with smell.

I don't think you will be able to control the smell 100%....sorry.
I grew them also, and like Gimley, I concur, they do have a very strong smell.
(great smoke) Mine were very 'skunky' and I could smell them good...
