Someone should tell the 25+ year old seeds they should not have sprouted in my closet then. I guess they didn't get the memo.

As for the OP's plan, itnhas problems. Just because the house is vacant now.....

Where I used to live, the Neighboor killed himself. The house sat empty for flu years. One day , there were many more cops than after the suicide and I went out to see the hubub. I was promptly questioned if I had access to the back yard. Seems someone took the roof off the shed in the back yard and filled it up with foliage. As the adjoining Neighboor, I was thoroughly investigated. Good luck.

Are you serious? Cannabis seeds can stay viable for decades. Last year I grew 2 seeds i got from my dad that were around 8 years old.. as long as you keep em stored properly they will stay viable.
