Smaller or bigger plants/Pot size

Im on my first clone run, i have 13 clones and 4 from seed in 1 gal plastic pots. All are about 15 to 18 inches tall. My veg conditions have been horrible, mid to low 60s rh between 30 to 50. I have minimal control in my open unfinished basement. I'm planning to go to 2 and 3 gal fabric pots with 70/30 of hand mix coco perlite. Let them settle for a week or 2 and flip. Im going to a 4x8, where i have more control and i have 720 watts to work with on each side. I was also thinking about just putting the clones on one side and veg the 4 seeds in 5 or 7s for a month more before i flip them. That would help me get a pretty good perpetual going. I just loaded up with a ton of new killer genetics over the holidays. Also if anyone can help me find out this issue on 2 clones in pics? I hit them with a N/cal/mag foliar this week. New growth seems to be ok. Just looking for any thoughts, suggestions or opinions.20220212_135044.jpg20220212_135028.jpg20220212_133905.jpg20220212_133900.jpg20220212_133748.jpg

Its in foxfarms ocean forest and i top dress, some 4-4-4 down to earth after a month. I've been watering with myco+ which is 3-0-3. I think you're right though, because they did have slight burn at the tips. I'm going to just water and seaweed extract until i top dress flower amendments.
