So I was planning on flipping to flower next week or so when my plants reach my scrog net. ATM they are about 4 inches short of it.
I had an unexpected emergency and I have to leave for 12 days, starting on the 11th. My issue is I do not want to completely ruin my scrog plan, but I also do not want to have plants that go crazy while I am gone with a stretch. I could lower my scrog and flip today, which will give me 8 days before I have to leave, but then I can't continue to scrog while I am gone. (raising the scrog to accommodate extra veg time is not possible. Space will start running out vertically if I wait too long)
Do you think I should go ahead and flower or just let them keep vegging, then just cut them down to just below where I wanted to flower at and let them come back? I am kinda partial to letting them continue to veg and cutting them back, but wanted some other opinions.
*Growing Silver Mountain by Bohdi. It is a sativa hybrid and sativa dom. clones were used, and I know from prior grows that the stretch can be substantial.
