Small Space Questions - Stealth growers please-

hey guys, i have a cabinet space perfect for doing a small tomato grow for growing tomatos and other various types of plants like cucumbers, pumpkins and carrots.

i would never grow marijuana or anything like that as it is very very illegal and would never want to be associated with anything like that.
---

but if i were going to do that, lets say "hypothetically"

and say hypothetically i had a friend in south florida with some (Master Kush Clones):joint: that i would drive 18 hours to go get.
---

In my cabniet i have two seperate spaces both are 3x3x3 each.

I would like to use one space for a mother and some clones, and the other space would be the flowering chamber.

For the vegging mothers, i was going to get some compact flouresents
GrowBright 2 Foot 2 Lamp High Output T5.

For the Flowering - i was looking into this light as an option:

with a cooltube.

I know CFLs are also an option, but what CFLs would you use for flowering?

I was considering doing soil and growing all of the plants in dixie cups, start flowering as soon as the clones have roots from the mother to keep the plants down to a foot or so tall. - ive only heard rumors but really, has anyone had success flowering plants in dixie cups?

the other option would be something like
Emily's Garden System

Emily's Garden System is only 6'' Tall, which would allow my plants to reach just around 12-15 inches in height. As i said before, i would start flowering from 5'' rooted clones.

Any help would be amazing, please let me know what you guys think about my grow medium and lighting options for this small space, i know it will not produce much but i live in a place where you can only find DIRT and thats not exaggerating, so this is pretty important.

another option i was considering for grow media would be to build my own version of Emily's Garden, possibly a 4 site garden in some sort of low profile solid color Rubbermaid container. using 2'' net pots and neoprene collars. -

it would be deep water culture. get some air stones from walmart fish tank section and an air pump.

any suggestions would be helpful!

1200 lumens? - would that be like a single 25w CFL bulb? This will be okay for flowering?

Seems like thats not really enough

use some envirolites, 125 , 200, 250 watt, great for small spaces and can be kept a couple of inches away from plant.
