Small rust colored spots on 20 day old plants?

I've been throwing around calcium deficiency or rust fungus. Growing in coco.

They were topped 3 days ago and the growth has been fine, but today I'm seeing these spots on both of them. Mostly on the older leaves. Whatever it is I want to catch it early.

A calcium deficiency starts on the newer leaves.
What is your feeding schedule?
Did you buffer your coco?
What is your water source?
Are you feeding plain water?

It's Advanced Nutrients sensi coco on the week 2 schedule. So about 1/2 strength currently. The coco was buffered in Calimagic. Water has been purified water and Ph has been roughly 6.1 each feeding. Never gave them plain water. Humidity was at 73% and dialed that down a little today. Not sure if it has to do with anything.

Using Calimagic each feeding but only at about 1/2 strength. The nutrients have a little calcium and magnesium in part A.

Been feeding once daily to runoff, but skipped the day after topping. Was feeding twice a day in seedling stage.
