Small Pots From Seed To Harvest

I seen a post on here the other day, someone grew a plant in a small pot from seed to harvest, it was a big plant to. I wanna know how to do it. Im a new grower with no experance, does this take an experance grower to do it or can a amauter do it :weed:

im a beginner as well and so far iv had to move my plant to a bigger "home" twice!!!! if u keep it in a small pot it will use all the nutrients in the soil and its only source of food will b light , u ave to use the correct amount of fertalizer! just try growin it in a big flower pot n if u get it to harvest ur first time then give the small pot idea a go coz at least u will no what works n what dosnt :) growing weed is like playing the waiting game if u dont ave patients its not 4 u

Rootbound - BAD

Big pots, big roots, big buds.

I dont beleive in using small pots and having to water 20 times a day.

The ONLY pro i can possibly think of is saving space - and that means a loss on potency.

Old skool works... old skool is best...

I aint got much space so it would be ideal for me to keep them in small pots, but if you all recomend using bigger pots i will, i want the best bud ever lol :blsmoke:

you can grow very well in small pots, but ou have to remember, that you have to monitor your plants much more often-even once a day, cas the pots are smll and full of roots.rootbound isnt good but yiu can still grow in small pots if you want.4 my opinion, dont go with too small.4 me, mimimum is 2 l coke bottle-its just big enough and plants can still grow very well.:mrgreen::mrgreen:

I grow trees and I use big 15gal pots with coco and the root mass is crazy. I dont think I could grow the same big yielding plants in a 5 gal pot but then again I havnt tried lol.

yeah-growing in small pots doesent lead to high yields, but the big + is that you save up lot of space, cas the plants would not grow really big as in big pots they would.

Thanks for all you opinions i will be transplanting them in to bigger pots when they are ready, heres some pics only babies they are, these pics i took a couple of days ago. 1 Northern Lights & 1 Mazar X Afgan got more growing but they only small seedling. 6 plants all together. Yesturday put another 2 seeds to germinate just hope i got enough room, but they probely wont be all female as they not feminize seeds. :joint:

Regardless of the pot size plants are usually wider than the pot they are grown in so I cant see how you will save space unless you grow stick figure plants.

you can-pot sizes are a lot smaller.the you train your plants so that they are not too tight together.:mrgreen:
