id say go head and transplant whats the worst that can happen maybe it will solvee ur problem lighting obviously isnt helping. but atelast u have that dialed in now...

go head and get out of that stupid peat cup..... try styrofoam cup next time u start from seed and poke a few holes at the bottom for drainage ull like it alot better.... as for now dont transplant into a huge pot maybe a 2L pot or 1 Gallon pot if u have it ?

next time ur out and about get sum superthrive its a wee little bottle of plant saving greatness.... be careful how u use it the shit is super strong and will bring ur plant back to 100% after near death lol

plus your light being so far at first....not helping dry ur soil or use that energy.... im betting its ovverwatering i just feel bad its taking so long

id dampen the new soil dont give it alot of water but convince the plant to root into it... did u have a good bit of root showing on ur soil when u took it out the cup

u was supposed to break the cup away remember.... leaving the soil in tact...that slow of root growth tells me the it wasnt stretching for water thats problably from overwattering ..
