small hydro setup

is it possible to fit a small hydroponics setup in a gl60 being 2 feet by feet by 5 feet like mayb dwc or what are my options. thanks!

I like doing Ebb and Flow because it is so clean and not as hard as people might think. You might be able to use cement mixing tubs for your tray and resevoir. Very easy to build a custom unit to fit your needs. You can make it as simple or as complicated as you want. BING " how to build an Ebb and Flow system " and check out the sites.

for sure im really debating between hydro and aero is it possible to do a small time grow in my gl 60 its either that or an ebb and flow system

read up on bubble buckets, my smallest was in a coffee can the plastic one, holds 1/2 gal water, did it in a 2 ft by 2 ft 40 in high speaker box, with 5 cfl bulbs on top and tube floro's on one side and got an oz from it. your size of space you could do the normal 5 gal. bucket

running an ebb and flo system is it common to have the flood/drain component malfunction, and how reliable are the pump controlers. Also will continuously draining the water have salt building up on the roots or the growth media? and how is the effects of having the ph changed from drainage
