Small for 18 days?

Hey guys, any and all help is appreciated!!
I feel like she's just way behind schedule right now, at day 18 she should be bigger, no? I'm thinking maybe she needs a bigger pot possibly? i did have a struggle dude to over watering but she's bounced back and on a more routine schedule. Could it be the PH? i have been using poland spring water. I've also had weather conditions change an had drop in temperatures. im kinda stumped

Not to be mean but that dirt is shit, get something like ocean soil or some finer ground up one mixed with perlite for aeration. Temps should be around 70-80 F optimally ph is negligible in these soil mixtures unles you use synthetics as they dont have microbes to balance the PH. the plant is very small for 18 days probably and not from just over watering but mostly the soil and and the first leaves look burned, how close is your light and stay away from poland springs cause it has minerals unless you got pure distilled. Peace man

Not at all, I appreciate the feedback. one of the first leaves is starting to curl up and the other one still has the husk from the seed.its sitting about 4" from the light. Is it still to late to change mediums? Should i re-pot into better medium and bigger pot?

I think at this stage transplanting would shock it furthering the lack in growth. Whats your light schedule? CFL's? You said roots are coming out of your drain holes. I see that as good, but thats were all your growth went I think. Me personally, I grow in water, never had any luck with soil.

its on 18/6 and yes 100w CFL...I do agree, i've noticed the growth was almost stunted all last week and this week there's been much improvement. Im wondering if the roots were just not established because of the conditons of my medium/ph/tempratures

Id say give it another week. If in case it was just it focusing all growth to the roots, then up top should be catching up soon.
