Small cabinet light upgrade

This is a followup question about my cabinet light upgrade, I currently have a Hans Panel 60w LED grow light inside my 19"x15" stealth cabinet. I want to get better lights and the two I'm thinking about is this:

150w HPS system

or this

Area51 XGS-190w LED Grow Light
http://a51led.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=65&products_id=181

My current temps inside the cab ranges from 77-84F during lights on but its usually on the 79-80F range. The mini HID system is 150w while the Area51 LED is 190w. Which one is better for my cab? I have unlimited height for my cabinet, plus I would like my temps to stay as-is if possible. What do you guys suggest? I currently have a 12" ceiling exhaust inside the cab and a 4" intake down low.

Thanks in advance

If it were me.... I would spend the money on that A51 and then start a daily grow thread with pics! In all seriousness though, I would go with that A51- you have the height, so IF too much, then you could always raise a little. A few things i have learned in my years..... Always always always, get the most horsepower a boat will carry, the biggest motor a car can handle, and the most light you can.
I would also put in good Mylar on sides and bottom, the flared out light reflecting into the plant could really help the buds. You also get a light that could be put into a bigger space if you get the chance.
You could also save some power by using your current light for veg....
