If it's the MG organic soil, then you are in much better shape than the stuff with the little beads/balls of fertilizer in it. The stuff with the beads will continue to release more fertilizers while adding water. If it's the organic stuff, then flushing is definitely a good idea. stop adding molasses, this is putting more nitrogen into the soil, and the plant might not be able to recover because there is too much sugar in the soil for the mircoorganisms to do their job. If you want to flush plants in the ground, you're basically gonna have to put the hose next to them and turn it on, leave it there, do something for a little while, and come back.
