Small Buds after 4 weeks indoors???

I just moved into a new apartment about 7 months ago and started growing in my closet 6 months ago and am 4 weeks into flowering and the buds are looking real good but they are pretty small and the white hairs are already about 25%-35% red. IS that normal for an indoor grow? am i just being to impatient? or should i just wait out the eight weeks and see what happens? Any help would be much appreciated.

Grow Info:
I dont know what strain the plant is, im growing under 2 halogen lamps (havent had the cash to spring for an HPS yet), mylar lined walls, exhaust fan, circulation fan, watering every 1-2 days depending on dryness of the soil, temp is kept at 75 degrees, using Dynamite slow release fert. 15-5-9.

ditch the heatlamps!!!!!! atleast grab cfls. your light source is the reason you buds look wimpish. im surprized you got this far. your plants are stemmy has fuck. add real lighting, and by looks of your buds you got weeks left.

Hey thanks for all the input, but it seems i had a typo, when i said i was using halogen i meant i was using fluorescents, sorry for the confusion, does that change anything? i cant believe i said halogens, haha, if i was using those my plant would have been cooked by now.

oh, that changes things some, how far are you keeping them? you are doing good for the lighting you got but you need to improve it asap, i should of mentioned that earlier but im feeling kind of lazy today. get that hps asap, a 400w can be had for like $150 total(bulb/ballast/shipping) online many places, or if you want to wait on that get some cfls or some good flouro tubes for side lighting.

Yea man go with some cfl's, did you say you put in 15-5-9 slow release ferts? What exactly is that? Your soil or what you water with? 15-5-9 isn't for flowering by the way, you'd be alot better off if you got 1-3-2 or 10-30-20 same thing but looks diff. What you have now is just for veging. I hope it's not your soil......
For flowering, you should have a lower N than in veg, you want your p-k to be higher than in veg, especailly your P, this is what I use for veg 24-5-8 for flower 15-30-15, and works well for me. Hope this helps.

hey no worries, i feel ya on being lazy, i had that brain fart about halogen instead of flrourecents lol. But ya the HSP is on my list of things to get, just not donw to that part of the list yet, trying to make due woith what i got but i can def add a few clfs in there to finish out flowering.

thats something that i didnt know, thanks for the help ill get on that asap and change it over to something with a higher p-k.
