These small spots are usually found clustered together on base branches. They are about the size of a pin head and peel off very easily. The plant does not seem to be suffering terribly but they have continued to reoccur no matter where i keep a plant and regardless if its outside or inside. same problem keeps occurring season after season. I tend to see what I think are gnats flying around my plants. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.
