The best of my seedlings has all the sudden developed two tiny red/brown spots, one on each first true leave. I don't know if it could be deficiency because she is only 13 days old. The brown/red is right at the end of the vein.
at 13 days it would just be finishing off the initial nutes it had and just starting to rely on soil nutes...
It would be a lot easier to diagnose if you could provide some pictures.
