small balls with pistils??help

hey was up riu i was looking at my plant and saw some bud sites at the bottom but instead of having all pistils there were small balls with pistils coming out of it..i cant get a picture because all i have is my phone and i cant get a good enough pic

they could just be the pre-flowers bursting...balls dont have pistils sprouting out, they just open sesame and pollinate everything.

If you look real close at the top of this guy, it sort of looks like pistles. He's been in flower for two weeks.

mine looks nothing like that instead it has a bunch of pistils coming out of it
