Small ass roots .opinions please

Ok guys i tried these pots called Root Builder 2......and well i didnt have root spirial ..but my roots eem tiny when i finished. Any ideas what i did or didn't do?

I can show ya the plant in potter also if ya want.

i use that already...sorry i shoulda said what im using.O
ne plant was Flora series advanced drain to waste, armour si ,slf100,superthrive, Terpinantor Cal mag cause i use roots organic orginal formula media.

The other plant is NFTG ,Slf100 and terpinator

I use pro-mix 4 advanced base and great white and get pretty big root balls in anything other than pots with holes in the side. (I took a drill to some of my bato buckets and kinda had the same results and hated the way it watered.)
