Slowwww Growth

well its been a little under a month now and my main plant that was growing great for the first few weeks has slow down to a crawl...i would say she is about 5 to 5.5 inches in hight and starting on the 5th node the whole thing is is shes not branching and the nodes are about a half inch apart is there anything i can do to help her...

info????? lights, nutes, strain, ph.....

sorry lights are cfl 23 watt 15 of the surrounding the plant,nutes as of now are none going to pick some up tomorrow,strain is unknow bagseed,ph not to sure but i water with tap water left out for like 3 days ..

What size is the pot that it is in? Pot Bound?

its in a 1 gallon pot that is about 7in across
