Slowed down or stopped growing

I lowered the ppm and been checking the pH and everything what you guys think some of the leave are strange in color and even dried up in placed and I crunched the dried part off.

Is this a soil grow or hydro? what ferts, how often, what's the ppm? if hydro, do you have air pumping into the water. need more details if you want help.

It's hydro I have air pumping into water its a dwc I have the ppm at 1000 right now pH is in between 5.5 and 6

what kind of light and how far away is the light away? /have you been spraying it?
