Slow Growth

Hi all I was hoping to get some help with my plant. I keep a grow tent at a constant 75 degrees at about 50% humidity. I wait til the soil is dry down about 2 inches before I water. My plant has been in flowering for 4 weeks. If you can spare some time could you please take a look at these photos and see what I might be doing wrong. I must add that I have not been using any nutrients. I do maintain the ph of the water right at 6.0. Thanks in advance.

No nutes? The only time I had burn like that, I was using green light superbloom which is high in P. Looks like P burn to me?

Unless you've got supersoil you need nutrients for growth, it's basic biology. The plant isn't that big but the bud development for 4 weeks of flowering is what you should be expecting really. What type and power lights are you using?

Up your PH to 6.5 for a start, your locking out vital elements there... Also they look very light green. Needs more N!

I am growing in a miracle grow soil mix. I know not the best to use but that is what was available. I understand that miracle grow has alot of nutrients in their mixes. My next grow I will be using a different soil mix with no nutrients added. I want to control the nutrients myself. So the brown on the tips can possibly be nutrient burn? I am not sure what strain it is because the seed is from a bag. I am not sure of the soil ph but the water ph is right around 6.0 or a little higher but not higher than 6.5. I have a digital ph meter coming soon so I can get more accurate ph readings. I am on a tight budget so I can only get one item at a time. My lighting is 3 40 watt cfls surrounding the plant Initially I thought the leaves were burned from the light actually touching them. I had to be gone for a couple of days and the plant grew right into the lights. Thanks for the responses as I have found this site to be the best out there for good information. So kudos to you all responding. I have to say I am really enjoying growing this fine plant legal or not and will continue to hone my skill at growing it. Again thanks all.
