Slow Growth,Seen Better

Howdy! I just started my first grow and my veggies have been growing under fluorescent lights for about a month & 1/2 to 2 months. I still cant tell sex and point where clones would be cut from seem small. Ive seen better gardens b4. Why is mine taking so long? I did just put it on a 18-6 o maybe that will help....any info would be helpful and useful thanks pals!!

Are there any signs of deficiency? Slow growth can be attributed to a number of things. Let us know what sort of medium you're using, what your feeding/watering regimen is, and what the genetics are.

Really i dont know too mush about the genetics, i got the seeds from my friend, he breeds his own but i do have some endless sky from dr green thumb. The leaves on two of em are kinda curling up but not to bad but no dis coloring or nothing. Ive jus been keeping them watered not really no nutes or nothing. Is that bad? I got a 600w hps and im goin to pick up my tent and my ph tester next week but i was hoping that i would be able to cut clones. Im lookin to run perpetual.

Alright here's the plan I have 4 4ft t12 fixtures with 8 bulbs. The bulb specs are 3150 lumens and 4100k color temp. I am building a custom box for these with Reflective Mylar Sheets. My question is will that be enough lighting or should I add another fixture? I also have 4 green bulb cover and 4 red
